Gurobi 13.0 is designed for users who need more speed, scale, and flexibility. It adds breakthrough capabilities—like our PDHG implementation for massive LPs, and a new nonlinear barrier method now supported — while boosting everyday performance on MIPs and MINLPs.
You’ll notice shorter run times, better control over heuristics, smarter callbacks, and more powerful solution pool tools. For nonlinear-heavy domains like energy and chemistry, this opens new possibilities. In addition to performance gains, Gurobi 13.0 includes several exciting new features
*Beta feature: These features are not yet intended for production use. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. **Preview feature: These features are fully tested and supported, but may change significantly (including breaking changes in API, behavior or packaging) in future technical or major releases.
Experience on average ~16% faster solves on difficult MIP models and more than 2X faster on non-trivial MINLPs.
