Energy Innovation Summit - Power Grid Optimization
June 19-20, 2023
Frankfurt, Germany
This 2-day summit is for practitioners, researchers, and analysts engaged with mathematical optimization and machine learning applications related to power grid scheduling and planning. The common goal is to master grid stability during the energy transition with hindsight to the European climate goals. It is designed to be a valuable, educational, and relationship-building event that subject matter experts like you won’t want to miss.
We will introduce and discuss research and innovation activities aimed at power grid optimization. Like-minded professionals from various backgrounds will gather to share their knowledge, exchange ideas, and collaborate on advancing the energy transition.
Hosted by Gurobi and co-hosted by FGH GmbH, this event includes the following:
Moderated by the CEOs of Consentec (Day 1) and FGH GmbH (Day 2)
Motivational keynotes by senior executives of TransnetBW and 50Hertz
'Innovation in Practical Action' talks from European TSOs on optimization topics:
National Grid ESO, RTE-France, Austrian Power Grid, Swissgrid, TransnetBW, PSE/NCBJ
Inspirational presentations on research projects in quantum computing (50Hertz/Accenture) and grid topology optimization (project InnOpTEM)
Panel discussion with leading experts in the field
Plus, you’ll network with your peers in the European energy industry and learn how others are using and plan to use mathematical optimization.
Please be aware, by attending this event you hereby consent to having your photo/recordings posted publicly and on social media.
