Throughout his career, Sean has worked for leading OEMs including Dell and HP, as well as many of the largest federal systems integrators and value-added resellers, successfully delivering both hardware and SaaS solutions within complex government environments.
    Prior to entering the IT industry, Sean was a PGA Teaching Professional and that passion continues today as he still plays as often as he can. A lifelong Austin resident, Sean has lived in the area for 52 years and values the strong community and relationships he has built both personally and professionally. He has been married to his wife, Gayla, for 27 years, and together they have two children, Megan and Carter, along with their Sheepadoodle, Hank. Sean enjoys playing guitar, attending local live music events, watching collegiate sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

Prior to LUCA, Mr. O'Keefe was Strategic Partnerships Director for Latin America at Citrix Online. Earlier in his career, he developed the Channelweb and ITWeb portals, at CMP Media and ITMidia respectively, leading to his founding Lampada Global, a pioneering CRM consulting company in Brazil, growing it to provide services to clients in North and South America, as well as Europe. He graduated with honors in Economics from Rutgers University (USA) and earned a Master's degree with Distinction from the University of Sussex (UK).
