All Gurobi Portal users can access Gurobot. Simply log into your Gurobi User Portal and accept the usage terms. If you don’t have an account, you can create one at no cost. Usage of Gurobot is free of charge.
Yes. Gurobot is deployed on the Gurobi Cloud Services platform hosted on AWS. Data exchanged with Gurobot is encrypted on the wire and at rest. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy and terms of service.
Gurobot specializes in the use cases listed above, but is able to respond to a broader set of questions. It has restrictions on response complexity and size as well as daily usage built in. While it will help you with optimization modeling, it might not be able to translate a large model to gurobipy.
We are moving the new Gurobot over to its new home, the Gurobi Portal. This was necessary to enable a number of the enhancements listed above. The previous Gurobot and its two siblings will not receive any further updates. They continue to be available for now but will be retired over time.
