Gurobi Statement on coronavirus (COVID-19)

To Our Commercial Customers,

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread around the world, Gurobi is taking the recommended and necessary measures to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our employees, while making sure that we are able to continue to support our customers. 

For the duration of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we will:

  • Continue to operate the business. Our company has always had a distributed workforce, so our employees will continue to work remotely during this time, focused on delivering world-class support, products, and services to our customers.
  • Offer free temporary licenses to existing commercial customers who are experiencing difficulties accessing the Gurobi Optimizer – to help our users adapt to changes in their work environments with minimal disruption. Please click the link here to request your temporary license.
  • Be available to answer any questions, address any issues, and provide any assistance that our customers need.
