Vice President of Marketing
Joe Bresler’s background encompasses over two decades of leading marketing, product, and technology initiatives for both startups, as well as Fortune 500 companies including Lookout, Amazon, BlackRock, Hewlett Packard, and Oracle. At several of these companies, he led marketing and data science teams in connecting the enterprise-wide data, systems, and processes to support the building of analytical frameworks, and in the building of models that enabled the companies to enter new markets, improve marketing performance, and increase scale.
Joe’s interest in decision modeling methods and technologies was first sparked while completing his MBA, and further deepened when completing his Data Science certificate. In both cases, he leveraged linear programming and mixed-integer programming to recommend solutions for common optimization problems involving supply chain, transportation, and marketing mix. As a marketing practitioner, he’s utilized predictive models several times over for improving targeting and increasing campaign performance.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School, his Masters of Business Administration from Holy Names University, a Social Media Marketing certificate from Cal State East Bay, and a Data Science Certificate from UC Irvine. He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys biking, hiking, and swimming, as well as international travel.
