Ronald Shung

Director of Product Marketing

Mr. Shung has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and has served in roles in product marketing, product management, marketing, and sales management. He brings product marketing expertise and a proven track record in supporting growth with successful product launch campaigns including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement. Prior to joining Gurobi, he held senior product marketing and sales enablement positions at Jama Software, a fast-growing SaaS business offering product requirements management solutions to a wide range of industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Here he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and software release management. Before Jama, he served as the Product Marketing Manager at Apcon where he was responsible for launching network monitoring and security solutions for cloud environments and on-premises data centers. Prior to Apcon, he spent 13 years in Tektronix at its headquarters in Oregon as the Global Product Marketing Manager and was responsible for go-to-market strategy, business strategy, product management, and product roadmap planning for its video content quality and network monitoring solutions. Prior to that, Ronald held several marketing and sales positions in Tektronix in the Asia Pacific region.

Ronald holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA degree from Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada.
