Before he joined baobab, Hugo spent several years as a Continuous Improvement expert and Project Manager in his native France. Hugo earned his MSc in Industrial Organisation and Management at the Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne and a Masters in Industrial Performance and Continuous Improvement at the Ecole d’ingénieurs du CESI.
