GRBCallback.GetNodeRel()
Retrieve values from the node relaxation solution at the current node.
Only available when the where member variable is equal to
GRB.Callback.MIPNODE, and GRB.Callback.MIPNODE_STATUS is equal to
GRB.Status.OPTIMAL.
