Before installing AMPL, you must install the standalone version of Gurobi Optimizer. Please follow these steps:

Install the standalone version of Gurobi Optimizer
Configure the client computer to use the Gurobi Compute Server
Test that your standalone version of Gurobi Optimizer is functioning correctly

Once you have completed these steps, you may continue with installing AMPL.
